Refund Policy

At Manasa Yoga we want our students to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We recommend you read our Refund Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, and your legal rights and remedies. We provide you different credit packages to choose from so please order your package carefully. After placing your purchase, please review your order and contact us immediately (within one hour) if a mistake has been made. We may be able to correct any errors in the order process prior to the first usage of your credits. We strictly impose a non-refundable on all items (including but not limited to credit packages, class access) sold, with the exception of medical issues, whereby medical certificates and/or reports needs to be provided.

Refund is subject to our discretion.

What if I am not able to attend the class that I booked due to a last minute emergency?

If for some unthinkable reason you are unable to attend an in-studio class you have booked, and you were able to notify us more than 12 hours before the scheduled event, we will try to move your booking to another in-studio class or a livestream class on a different date. If you have booked a live-stream class and you are unable to attend but are able to notify us more than 2 hours before the scheduled live-stream event, we will move your booking to another event of your choice. Credits will be adjusted when necessary.

 

I still have my valid credits. However, I am not able to join any class due to my conditions (e.g. medical or out of country)

Kindly provide proof of your condition or circumstances that you are not able to utlitise your credits for any of the classes (in-studio or livestream). We can assist to “freeze” those credits (up to 1 year) and make them available again when you are ready to continue your yogic journey with us.
