What is the state of disease?

Is it when we become acutely sick or is it that general feeling of low energy, tension, lethargy, stress, depression and lack of vitality and purpose?

Disease itself is often the physical manifestations of emotional imbalances. Not something to be feared rather an indication that something in a person’s life is out of balance. When psychological imbalances are addressed, healing occurs, disease is cured.

The ancient Yogis recognised that a healing approach was needed that encompassed an understanding of both the body and the mind.

Megan is able to offer a therapy based on the healing of both body and mind drawing on the original principles and pathways of yoga, her naturopathic background, reflexology, Zen Thai shiatsu massage, the use of Australian Bush Flower Essences as an energetic healing modality and her experience in teaching meditation and Vedanta (Self Knowledge) to support you.

This approach allows Megan to intuit through the private sessions the unique layered aspects of who you are, the symptoms you present both physically, emotionally and mentally.
